Asparagus tips
150 g sliced or diced horseshoe Chorizo Sarta, Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
150 g creamy goat’s cheese
350 g macaroni
Olive oil, salt and freshly-ground pepper

Boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente.
In a frying pan, sauté the vegetables
in a little olive oil until al dente,
add the chorizo and cheese,
add the macaroni and turn several times until coated;
season to taste and serve hot
