4 Large artichokes
250 g Serrano ham
41 Lemon
Virgin olive oil
Black pepper.

Slice the potatoes and artichokes into fairly thick slices and squeeze a lemon over the artichokes. Lay them in separate baking dishes, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil, and bake in a pre-heated oven. You can also warm the ham through in the oven, but do not add any oil or salt. To serve, layer the potato, artichoke and ham like a lasagne in as many layers as you like. Sprinkle with freshly-ground black pepper and serve.
