4 chicken breasts
100 g mushrooms,
1 green pepper,
1 red pepper,
all chopped
150 g horseshoe Chorizo Sarta,
diced or sliced Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
Olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Sauté the vegetables and chorizo until just cooked.
Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish, drizzle with olive oil,
season and bake for 15 minutes at 180șC.
You can also fry them if you prefer.
Slice the chicken breasts and add the rest of the ingredients,
season to taste and serve.
