1 Bunch of green asparagus
250 g Young broad beans
Very thin slices of Serrano ham.

Sauté the broad beans in a frying pan and grill the asparagus (you can either leave the ham raw or flash-fry it). Roll each asparagus spear in a slice of ham and serve with the beans.
